Arya will be one of the latest multifamily residential complexes in Palms—a seven-story edifice featuring 119 apartments atop 2,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space and 126 parking spaces. Our team is responsible for the flooring and installation throughout the project. Arya will showcase luxury pattern-designed tiles and premium vinyl floor coverings for the apartment units. Exclusive carpeting will be used in the common areas, including the lobby, lounge, club, and meeting rooms. Additionally, specialty flooring will be employed for the rooftop and outdoor areas.
